Immerse yourself in the tranquility of the Portuguese countryside for deep ceremonial work.
This program goes far beyond the in-person retreat. You’ll receive transformational coaching both before and after your time with us, empowering you to deepen self-awareness and seamlessly integrate your insights into everyday life.
Preparation : The month leading up to your in person retreat will lay critical groundwork for the deep inner exploration to follow. Four coaching sessions (two private and two group) will help you build self awareness and set your intention for the retreat. You will also have a chance to meet other members of the group to begin building a trusted container of peers.

Step away from all distractions and dive deep into your inner work. High level schedule:

DAY ONE: Arrival and group introductions. Holotropic breathwork ceremony.

DAY TWO: Morning yoga. Sacred ceremony.

DAY THREE: Integration workshops, private massages, rest and reflections.

DAY FOUR: Education seminar. Celebratory brunch and departure.
Integration: Perhaps the most essential component of this program, the month following your retreat is a chance to solidify new thought patterns, and habits during the precious “window of neuroplasticity”. Four coaching sessions (two private, two group) will provide structure and accountability for this work. Interested participants will also dive into a customized microdosing protocol as a supplement to support sustained impact and transformation.

Professionally, my journey spans 25 years at the intersection of leadership, innovation, and impact. I’ve worked with leaders running some of the most successful educational management organizations in the U.S., while also supporting early-stage startups striving to reimagine education and healthcare. Each step of my career has centered on helping people realize their fullest potential—whether for themselves, their organizations, or society at large.
